What uptime guarantee do you offer?
We have a 100% uptime SLA
How much load can your servers support? And can this scale with us our the demand to our site increases?
We have sites who get a wide variety of traffic both low and high, however yes it is scalable. There is automatic scaling and load balancing that helps maintain optimal performance by distributing the load across servers if traffic on your site spikes. We also utilize a global content delivery network (CDN) which allows content to load from the location closest to your audience, to minimize latency and data errors.

Are there any limits for bandwidth/storage?
I don't believe there are limits for storage, or that your site new site raises a flag of being particularly "heavy"
There are much larger, more functionality driven sites (ex: a large ECommerce store) that perform perfectly on our platform
Are you handling the SSL for our domain or is that still through Godaddy if you’re hosting?
If we host, we would manage the SSL, and that is included in the costs from the proposal I attached!
Where are your servers located?
We utilize the Automattic infrastructure for hosting, which has data centers in the following locations:
- AMS: Amsterdam, Netherlands
- DCA: Washington, DC
- BUR: Los Angeles, CA
- DFW: Dallas, TX
Each site has primary and secondary servers. If a site’s primary server experiences interruptions in connectivity, connections will automatically fail-over to the secondary server.
Auttomatic is the parent company of WordPress, so our infrastructure is built specifically for the WordPress CMS and maintained by the people who also build and manage WordPress core.
How often does your system perform backups?
Daily on 2 independent systems to ensure redundancy and goes back at least 30 days

What security protocols are in place to protect our website?
We offer daily file and database malware scanning, downtime monitoring, brute-force detection, vulnerability detection, etc

Would we have full access to Wordpress to add plugins or make changes as necessary?
Yes, you would maintain admin level access to the WP backend and we could provide you access to the hosting infrastructure for your site as well if desired.
Is your customer support 24/7?
Not quite 24/7, we have a full support team who are online Mon - Fri, starting around ~2am ET until ~6pm ET
