Not receiving email notifications from your website forms?
This can be resolved by performing some basic checks. There are many reasons why email may stop working (incorrect email settings, wrong email passwords, etc.), however, the first step to identify the issue with your email is to review for any error messages on your end. Support will send test emails to confirm that the messages are sending.

Check your spam :) At times emails will be placed in spam - Due to a high volume of emails, this can happen.
Are you able to send and receive emails in general? If you are not receiving emails from outside your website - The issue could be with your email provider.
